Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777ad3 ("777ad3", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 777ad3.cam and all associated content, features, services, and functionality made available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

777ad3 is an online gaming and sports betting information platform. It provides guides, educational content, payment-method context, and responsible gambling resources to users located in Pakistan and other accessible territories. The Platform does not directly operate a casino, accept deposits on its own behalf, or process withdrawals — references to gaming, betting, and account operations within these Terms relate to operator platforms that the Platform covers or links to contextually.

By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you consent to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, including any policies incorporated herein by reference. This acceptance takes effect from the first moment you access the Platform, regardless of whether you have completed registration.

If you access the Platform on behalf of an organisation or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such circumstances, references to "you" include both you personally and the relevant entity.

777ad3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Account Eligibility

To register for and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the applicable operator/license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. The Platform is strictly not available to minors.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdictional compliance: You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing gambling-related information or services is prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
4. Identity accuracy: All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account details if they change.
5. Single account: You are permitted to hold only one Account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts for any reason is prohibited.
6. Not self-excluded: You must not have voluntarily entered into a self-exclusion agreement with any gambling operator that would prohibit your use of gambling-related platforms.

Account Registration

When registering an Account on the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide a valid email address and a secure, unique password that you have not used on other services.
• Submit your correct full name as it appears on your government-issued identification document (e.g., CNIC, passport).
• Provide a valid Pakistan mobile number for account verification and security purposes where required.
• Not register using a VPN, proxy, or other mechanism designed to misrepresent your geographic location.
• Not impersonate any other person or entity, or provide false identifying information of any kind.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 777ad3 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

777ad3 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or from your authorised or unauthorised sharing of access with third parties.

KYC & Identity Verification

In line with applicable Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 777ad3 and/or the relevant gaming operators may require you to submit identity verification documents before certain features — including but not limited to withdrawals above specified thresholds — are enabled on your Account.

Documents That May Be Required

• Proof of Identity: Valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past three months, showing your current residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshots or documentation demonstrating ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash account details, bank statement header).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation supporting the legitimate origin of funds deposited into your account may be requested.

Verification Process

Verification documents must be submitted in a clear, unaltered format. Blurred, cropped, or edited documents will be rejected. 777ad3 and its operator partners reserve the right to place your Account in a restricted state — including suspending withdrawals — until satisfactory verification is completed.

The name on all verification documents must exactly match the name registered to your Account. Discrepancies will result in delayed or refused verification. 777ad3 accepts no liability for delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate document submissions.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits must be made using payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account does not belong to the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds.

Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available in your cashier depend on your account's jurisdiction and the operator's current offerings. Methods that may be contextually referenced on this Platform for Pakistani users include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast instant transfers, bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, debit/credit cards, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT) where supported.

Deposit Currency

Deposits may be made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the operator's cashier supports local currency. Where PKR is not directly supported, currency conversion will occur at the exchange rate applied by the operator or payment provider at the time of transaction. 777ad3 does not control or guarantee any particular exchange rate.

Minimum Deposit

Minimum deposit thresholds are set by individual operators and are displayed in their cashier interfaces. Illustrative examples used in Platform content (e.g., "PKR 1,000 minimum deposit") are for educational purposes only and may not reflect the current operator minimum.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions and to any additional requirements imposed by the relevant operator:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before withdrawals are processed above applicable thresholds.
• The withdrawal account or wallet must be registered in your name and must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to operator policy.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied — or the active bonus must have been explicitly declined — before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• Withdrawals below the operator's minimum threshold will not be processed.
• 777ad3 and operator partners reserve the right to carry out additional security and AML checks before processing any withdrawal request.

Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times are not guaranteed. Timelines depend on the withdrawal method selected, operator review queues, banking infrastructure in Pakistan, and any KYC or security checks required. No specific processing timeframe is warranted by 777ad3.

Withdrawal Limits

Operators may impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per time period. These limits are operator-specific and are published in the relevant cashier or terms section of the operator's website.

Bonuses & Promotions

777ad3 publishes educational content about bonus structures and promotional offers available on gaming platforms. The following general rules apply to bonuses referenced on the Platform:

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are set by the operator and must be verified directly with the operator before claiming any promotion.
• A maximum bet limit applies during the bonus wagering period — commonly set between PKR 500 and PKR 1,000 per round or spin. Exceeding this limit may void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute a lower percentage. Check the operator's game contribution schedule.
• Bonuses carry an expiry date. Unused or unwagered bonuses are forfeited upon expiry. Forfeited bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPN services to register in jurisdictions where a promotion is not intended, or engaging in low-risk hedged betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play — will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

Users of the Platform are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct, without limitation:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point, including during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, or using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access, interact with, or extract data from the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the Platform.
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful content to the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward Platform staff or other users.
• Laundering funds or using the Platform in connection with any criminal activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.

777ad3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to withhold funds pending investigation. Severe violations may be reported to relevant authorities.

Intellectual Property

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, guides, layouts, logos, icons, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777ad3 or is used under licence from third-party rights holders. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 777ad3.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. The 777ad3 name and logo are proprietary marks and may not be used without authorisation.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

777ad3 does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777ad3 expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses arising from reliance on any Content published on the Platform, including bonus information, payment method guides, or odds data.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party information referenced or linked from the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred by you on any operator platform covered or discussed on the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

777ad3 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is strictly for users who are adults aged 18 years or above — or the higher minimum age required by the applicable operator or license jurisdiction.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, 777ad3 will take reasonable steps to notify registered users — such as by placing a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or sending an email to the address associated with your Account. However, such notification is provided on a best-efforts basis and does not relieve you of the obligation to review these Terms directly.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those revisions.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is registered, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold under the consumer protection laws of your own jurisdiction.
